I stayed at Rixos for 2 nights and had the most amazing stay. The staff were super friendly. The view from our room was amazing aswell as the amenties. Its very close to old town so was easy enough to get there to experience old town. The breakfast was great there was so much options on what to have. Overall 5* hotel!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Not exclusive or boutique hotel feeling. 9th floor room has the main restaurant above it, dragging noises wake you up daily and afternoon. Unnaceptable. Air conditioning does not get as cold as the hall outside the room, also inaceptable for the rating the hotel (Resort) has.
