Good little hotel

Nice hotel at a great price. It is dog-friendly, so if you are not a dog person or are sensitive to dogs, just be mindful of this when making your reservation. It is in a good location and easy access to stores and food. Good area. Will stay again.

Overall it was pretty nice place to stay. The hostess was very nice and professional. I asked for a couple extra pillows, he said he would do it right away 2 or 3 minutes later delivered our pillows to our room. The only bad thing was the dog barking in the hallway several times through the night long echoing.

The front desk closes at midnight. This information is buried two clicks into the the email. We arrived at 1:30am. So I found another place to stay that night. I went back at 9am when the desk opened. To find out all of my nights were cancelled, not just the one I was "late" for. After 30 minutes on the phone, it was decided we could be refunded, but what a freaking hassle.

When yiu check in they tell you no smoking in rooms. However, the room smelled of past smoking. Well I assume if pats smoking. Corners of room not cleaned, remote control dirty, no ice in the freezer when I was told there would be, dog barking inhall way at 11pm.

Unfortunately, people smoke in this property all day long. Those who obey the rules went 3-5 ft outside the door and their smog would just get in the hotel because they're smoking just outside the door 🙄. The only bright spot from this experience was the gentleman at the front desk. He really went out of his way to be helpful. I hope he's compensated accordinly.

Not much to say. Called and asked for an early check in and they told me to come on down, our room was already to go. Staff was courteous and helpful. The facility was just short of immaculate. The room was spacious and had all the amenities one would need except a coffee maker, but the free coffee area was just down the hall. Our reason for staying was because of a massive gas leak at our home and I wanted to treat my wife to a hot shower. I can handle the cold..... get in, get done what needs to be done, and get out! Not so much my wife. If we ever plan a date weekend, we will be back!

Don’t stay here. Roaches and drug addicts.

Check out the reviews from the Surburban Studios website. Not the Google reviews. Multiple roaches. Shower had long hairs from another person. Couches and chairs had nasty stains on it. I was told it’s an overflow for low income housing. Drug addicts pushing shopping carts through the hallway at 10pm. Marijuana smell constantly. Carpet smells like dog piss. Spend your money on a nicer hotel. Don’t stay here. It was absolutely disgusting. Work paid for it or I wouldn’t have stayed.

Decent for the price. Exactly what you expect at an extended stay “hotel”. You may or may not have unwanted critters in your room. “Quiet hours” are non existent with the herd of buffalos that like to run the hallways and stairs.

Um well it was a place to lay down… I did not remove my clothes or sleep under the blankets there were roaches in both the rooms I was given the first room the ac did not work the second room the carpets look like they had not been cleaned ever
