Overall stay was OK. The location is convenient and Central. A short drive to the Sundance Square. This was the second time we have stayed there due to it is near my son‘s home. The only negative is the parking. Parking is very tight. Parking spaces are very small. Don’t take a truck. I paid extra for parking pass that did not benefit me. I was still required to park wherever I could find a open spot.

The hotel is very nice. The hot tub was broken, which was very disappointing. Would have been nice if there was a note on the website concerning that. There was no hot water, we were unable to shower at all on Saturday night had to wait until Sunday morning. Pretty major inconvenience. We dealt with it. Breakfast was amazing. Nice location, within walking distance to a lot of restaurants/shopping.

The staff and breakfast were great. Our room and bathroom however was not. Upon walking into our room, there was a live silverfish on the wall. We went to get ice from the ice machine and it contained mold. When we used the shower, the design was so poorly done, even with the curtain closed, water went everywhere outside the shower pan. We had to use all of our towels plus more from housekeeping to clean it all up after every shower.
