Top Marks go to the staff. Everyone one I came into contact with was about proving quality customer service. With a shout out to Vinny and Cheyenne, thank you for helping to make my stay great. The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was what I needed after driving 6 hours. The breakfest was very good with great selection. First impression is that it’s very clean and updated. In a nice, safe area. If you are a Sam’s Club member there’s one right next door! Front desk man was so nice and friendly at check in. We asked about the Azteca Mexican restaurant a few doors down and he highly recommended. It was amazing! Our room was nice and clean. Toilet was very short as we are tall people, lol. Beds were medium firm, which we prefer. My biggest complaint which I run into at all Hampton Inns and honestly most other hotels is that they don’t offer non dairy milk at breakfast. Even stocking some in the back for those of us with food allergies. To have to drink or use in my coffee would really take it to another level. Us dairy allergy people are very common and orange juice in cereal or coffee just doesn’t taste so good. It was a great stay and would stay again.. I’ll just have to bring me own milk, lol.
