Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, near grocery and accessible to all transport when going around Milan and airport shuttle bus stop just across the street. Stayed here for 5nights with my Family. Would be a perfect stay but the Only problem was the AC doesn’t work:-(

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The air conditioning wasn't working which was a shame as when we got to the hotel the room was hot and stuffy. Was advised as it's now heading into the winter months the air conditioning is no longer on. The room was good, decent bed, dark room and the option to get a pillow that suits your sleeping position. Staff was helpful and parking within hotel compound was good.
