Lovely stay.

I booked this hotel after reading reviews about its great location and it was right. One minutes walk from the train station and straight down the hill into the centre and the main ferry/boat stops. We explored a few different places from here on train and by boat. The rooftop and cool tub was stunning to unwind after a day of exploring with amazing views over the lake. Super easy check in and out and lovely breakfast choices.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Desenzano. Breakfast was great, I have a gluten intolerance and the staff brought me my own gluten free basket every morning filled with goodies. Location is great, super close to train station and to the main area filled with restaurants, bars and shops. The only downsides are the hotel is dated and could do with a slight revamp. The pool is also located at the main entrance of the hotel which doesn’t make it very inviting. But apart from this, our stay was great.

まずロケーションがいい。駅から約1分。欠点は、バスタブがあり良かったが、防滴用のガラスが大きすぎて使いにくかった。それに手すりもなく、非常に危険を感じた。滑って転んで大怪我の可能性あり。冷蔵庫はあったが、最近どのホテルにもある給湯用のポットか無く、不便だった。それからスリッパは欧州のホテルに期待していなかったが、とんでもないところにあった。もう少しわかりやすい場所においた方が良いかと。ドントデイスターブの表示用ボタンが何処にあるのか最後までわからなかった。

Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Bei allen Fragen und Wünschen wurde einem sofort geholfen, glutenfrei, laktosefrei, parken, Tips zum Essen etc. auf alle Wünsche hat man prompt reagiert. Das Hotel wird familiär geführt, ist sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind chic & funktional ausgestattet, es fehlt an nix. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank, Matratzen, deutsches Fernsehprogramm, umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet alles was man so nebenher braucht.....da habe ich schon wesentliche schlechter für mehr Geld gewohnt...

Der Whirlpool am Dach ist wirklich sehr schön auch die Aussicht ist der Hammer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir haben auch ein Abschiedsgeschenk erhalten. Das einzige was ich etwas zu bemängeln habe ist das man doch ziemlich weit zum Badeplatz geht. Also als reiner Badeurlaub finde ich das Hotel ungünstig. Wenn man dagegen Ausflüge macht und ein oder zweimal Baden geht passt das Hotel perfekt 👍
