Very good value hotel within a 10 minute walk of the Firenze Rifredi station. Very clean, plenty of towels, shampoo, air con, TV, and 3 beds in the family room. They stored bags for free too. It could do with a refresh, but everything works, beds are comfy. I recommend this hotel to other travellers.

I guess you get what you pay for. This place needs a major upgrade. Everywhere I looked it was old, outdated. Floors walls, ceiling and funiture. The staff was courteous. The sheets were clean.

Renaissance Florence.
First time in Florence. Hotel was well located for travel around the city centre, as the tram line started literally two hundred metres from the hotel. Hotel’s website didn’t give a true reflection of the hotel rooms. They were outdated and in need of modernisation. Needs a kettle in the room, but this is generally seen as normal in Italy. Reception staff were excellent, but to pay tourist tax, and car parking charges was, I would consider a little steep, as we have subsequently visited three other hotels which all offer free parking. In short, hotel will do itself a great service if the rooms were upgraded, but great location, as I have said earlier, the staff were incredibly helpful, and friendly.

The place was not as the advertised showed. The hotel is getting run down, as well as the area it is in. the bar is an empty room. The dining area is only table and chairs with a vending machine. the furniture in the room shows a lot of use.

Property location is not great. We had lots of mosquitoes in the room, maybe due to big drainage behind the property.

Bad days night!
No very dated and in need of good makeover.
Was also looking for a hotel near the airport, it wasn’t had to go back into town on tram and change tram.
Beds where uncomfortable as hell!
It was a dump!

Hallways were very warm, but had AC in our room. The elevator could only fit two people at the most. Someone who is claustrophobic may not want to be a patron there. Otherwise, a very good experience.
