I really enjoyed my stay. The location is great; Gelateria dei Neri is only a couple of minutes walk away, and there is also a lovely coffee shop and one of Florence’s best sandwich places nearby.

Nice, helpful staff. Good location. A desk in the room would have been nice though. The breakfast was not very appetizing. Old, tasteless bread.

The hotel was conveniently located, and the service was good. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, I hope the hotel improves its Wi-Fi coverage, as the connection can become unstable when multiple guests are accessing the network.
