Room was ok. A little dirty and damaged. Beds were too soft and the frame was larger than the mattress, which my wife and I both hit our shins on multiple times. The TV was not set, so we had to do that before we could watch anything. The lobby/office used to have coffee and treats, but I was told was eliminated during Covid. Then, the guests in the room next door were dropping bottles, playing loud music, and loudly yelling and having relations until 4am. We tried to complain or move, but the office was closed and Hotels.com couldn’t reach anyone either. We left multiple messages without a response. Also, the smoke alarm was missing in our room which made us uneasy. Terrible experience in every way. Would not recommend staying here unless there are no other options.
