This is a really nice hotel, with a beautiful pool, comfortable, clean and big rooms, fantastic breakfast, and a quiet location in the countryside, yet ~20 min walk to the center of San Gimignano, which is in my opinion much better than staying with all the crowds in the city center. We had a great experience. We went end of March, and this looks like a summer hotel, but the rooms and everywhere we went was perfectly maintained. Clean and comfortable. The restaurant was really good, even the local wine and the olive oil we brought home. It’s a family business and they are present from the beginning till the restaurant service.

First of all, the staff was always willing to help and acomodate any request. The housekeeping staff was excellent. They were very thorough. Food in the adjacent restaurant was excellent. We ate there every day. The servers were pleasant, but untrained at checking on our table and being very helpful. We would still rate the restaurant a 4.5/10 based on the food quality and the AMAZING breakfast. You need to experience this!!

Close to town, also centrally located to Volterra, Siena, Florence, Montrigginori, the bus station and many small wineries plus fairly close to Radda in Chianti. Also had a fabulous breakfast. And one of the best restaurants for dinner in the area! Beautiful pools plus a lunch service. Owner and staff were terrific and provided whatever we asked. A Gem of a hotel!
