Well lit parking. Secure outer doors with electronic keys. No breakfast items, only coffee. A nice looking appearance from the road, but hides less than average former (current?) EconoLodge. Room appeared clean except awful stained and dirty looking bathtub. The faucet on the sink was about to come out of the bowl and the water pressure was quite low; often just a dribble. The beds were ok and the inside HVAC worked ok. Internet access is possible but very cumbersome to get an actual connection. The desk would have fallen in on loose and wobbly legs if I hadn't kept it pushed tightly against the wall. I was there 3 days and NEVER got trash service or fresh towels. No gym. No pool. The low price was probably a little high in terms of overall value. If you're on a budget, don't expect much.

First this property is no longer Stonewood Inn and Suites. It is an Econo Lodge. Before I explain each negative issue I want to highly commend the manager on the property. The ONLY person I ever saw on the property for Econo Inn. He stepped up on every issue, did his best to resolve them. The only company person when we arrived and they only one we ever saw on the property in our 3 day stay. He was cleaning another room down the hall because "his cleaning person called out". The room it was dirty and smelled of smoke, dirty corner walls in the bathroom. Refrigerator dirty. The TV wouldn't start - Employee found wifi unplugged and another switch turned off. Went to take shower only to find it didnt work. After tugging on the handle hard it got unstuck. The room numbers are all taped w duct tape or another tape. :( :( :( The next A.M. as we're leaving we found that the door bolt lock was not working and the key card had stopped working too. The same man on duty came down again leaving the desk unattended, I know because another client came to ask him if there was anyone to check him out, as he was re-screwing the plate on the door thinking this was the door issue. He said some painter had just put the doors back up. After he returned to our room since the re-screwing of the plate did not fix the issue he said I thinks he just need to file the lock mechanism down a little. He returned with the filing done. 30 min after we had tried to leave for the day. This poor man!

The location was perfect for an event I was participating in. The room was clean and comfy. Some of the outlets were loose, so finding a charging plug that didn't find out took a few looks. The biggest issue was the smell of cigarette smoke near the entrances. I used the side entrance, and the smell hit me like a wall. I had to wait for the staff member, but he was very friendly and attentive. Other than that, it was a great stay. I look forward to returning! OH... and great shower pressure!

The room was dirty, pull out mattress was falling apart, this used to be where we would always stay when visiting family, however this was our last time. They supposedly only had a smoking room available even though I booked a non smoking room.

I booked this property thinking it was a Stonewood property little did I know it was an old Ecnolodge. Very disappointed and deceiving do not book no upgrades or anything.

You get what you pay for; it was near a wedding venue with very few options for staying. Lloyd, the desk person was accommodating, decent, polite and industrious. Overall it's not the Hilton, but for the money I think it's a reasonable place to be. Rooms were relatively clean as where the grounds. Lawn is mowed nicely there was no debris or trash around but it's not a top-notch property. Overall I would stay there again based on my experience as there are very few options in this somewhat remote area.

We found a pair of a boy's underroos in the night stand, the bed was made ( not very well) and sheets had marks and stains. I did not see 1 cleaning cart or housekeeper once. We booked for 2 nights, left after 1. Do not recommend

Strange men with backpacks lurked in the parking lots (day and night) the door to the hall was broken and didn’t shut and our room had no working lock on the door. The bed closest to the window made loud horrible breaking sounds every time I moved. The window had some kind of residue built up on it so bad that you couldn’t see out. I wanted to ask for a refund but the front desk had no attendant. Will not be staying here again nor would I recommend it to others !
