This place was great! Our hotel room looked like it was straight out of an old Hollywood movie with its double level and balcony to sit outside and look onto the street. The staff was great and the location was an easy walk to amazing sites! We would definitelty stay here again and recommend it!

Really convenient hotel right beside the railway station (quite spectacular and worth a look) but not noisy. Easy walking distance from shopping in the Lagrange area, museum of the Rinascenti, the Palazzo Réale and the Sabauda gallery. Lots of local restaurants. Pleasant staff and an excellent breakfast for 7€. Parking was a bit if an issue - used on-street close to the hotel at 10€ per day which was fine but finding a space was a bit of a challenge.

Roma were extremely clean, bed & bathroom where comfortable and water was hot. The AC on the room was not working, so I asked the staff and they politely offer a fan. Jacuzzi can be used but only when paying additional money.

The words will fall short of expressing my gratitude to the hotel staff. They were accommodating while trying to contact the airline's lost and found department. They provided me with temporary toiletry and continued to create a hospitable atmosphere until the minute I left. Thank you, I am eternally grateful.

Esperienza non troppo deludente ma la stanza, pagata di piu ruspetto ad una prenotazione diretta (senza hotels), era piu scadente di quella dei colleghi e con ancora delle ragnatele sui soffitti. Il rapporto qualita prezzo e basso ma le altre stanze erano molto molto belle ho saputo.

Ritorneremo , perché a due passi dalla stazione. Buona e ben assortita la colazione, camera ampia , pulita , silenziosa . Letto comodo (un po' basso il riscaldamento per i nostri gusti). A due passi dalla stazione e centrale anche per visitare la città. Apprezzatissima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima del check in (trovandoli comodamente in camera) che dopo il check out (avendo così la possibilità di visitare Torino per un ulteriore giornata.
