A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and thalassotherapy. The spa is equipped with a sauna, a hot tub, a steam room, and Turkish bath/hammam. The spa is open daily. Children under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 6 years old are not allowed in the spa. There are hot springs/mineral springs on site.

The rooms and communal spaces are nice but this is NOT a 5 Star. There venue felt very crowded for the amount of space in the spa so it was hard to use the facilities. The customer service was lacking. E.g ordering drinks at the lobby bar was not allowed as they were “too busy. And, asking the opening times was clearly and unhelpful question as were we sent to multiple different desks around the property to get an answer.

Hotel and Pools 5* . Gym was 5* also, the best Gym in a 5 * Hotel i ever had. Breakfast and Dinner was very good, 5 * also. The only thing that was only 4* and Not 5 * was the Service on the Pool and bar at the Pool, very chaotic and Slow.
