Great hotel in a very good location. Happy to be outside outside of old town but close enough to walk within 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel. However keep in mind that the front desk support is limited.

Modern clean apartment with everything a traveler might need. We also liked the location in a safe and quieter part of the city, yet within minutes from Wenceslas Square and other tourist destinations. This is by far the worst experience I had in a hotel and I am someone who travels a lot. After checking the reviews, we thought it was going to be the best accommodation we can get in Prague but unfortunately we had a really bad experience with the management and the accommodation itself. We reserved a big room with big size bed, and during check in we were surprised that we got a small “wall bed” and not even queen size bed. We kindly asked them to change our room because we paid for the bigger one, but they made us wait for and hour and half at the reception then they said they didn’t have enough room taking into consideration it was not our fault. The management didn’t even care to apologize or compensate for this. They just said your money is non refundable and this is the room you got. The location got 9.4 which is amazing however it’s 22 minutes far away from city center and the hardest part was going from the city center to the hotel as it is with ascents. I will never book into this hotel again.
