However they regulate the air conditioning to be no lower than 23C (75F) which will not cool you down after walking around Venice for hours so many showers taken after walking around for hours to cool off. Also had to sleep above the sheets at night and was unable to get restful night sleep.

Used room key to open lobby access and get in the elevator to get to your room. Room was roomy and clean. Found a local bar two minutes walk away which had a very friendly staff. My total experience was really good at this place. The location is perfect, and the building and the room are in great condition. Just few tiny negative points such as very small room, no electric kettle or coffee machine in the room; and there is no reception, so guests have to go to another hotel (just in front) for check-in/out and any other inquiries.

Nice hotel which is a dependence of Ca Nigra resort. Room (single) was newly renovated with very good taste (italians are the best!. Only negative is the breakfast. Not worth it the price
