My partner and I were probably heat exhausted by the time we made it to the hotel - the hotel was thankfully in a more quiet area, conveniently walking distance from the train station - the hotel staff were warm and friendly and accommodating and check in went super smoothly. Our room was beautiful and comfortable - we would recommend this place to anyone going to visit Rome :)

Booked a single room for a night. Room was comfortable, tidy and nice looking, with A/C and a fridge. Bathroom was clean. Hotel surroundings are not the best especially during the night. Located at walking distance from the Roma Termini station and subway. Very kind and helpful staff. Recommended.

The property is tucked away in an alleyway. And it was a mix use property/building. Advance notice in a welcome with instructions to access building and where to go would have helped. Our AC unit was broken but they a portable one in the room. But it was not connected and we had to go down to have them inspect it. Only to findout the air vent needed to be connected and placed outside with the balcony door wide open. It was noisy and we felt unsafe with the balcony door kept open all night. But they had no other rooms so we didnt sleep much!

Very clean and very kind and helpful staff but the room was small and there were noise coming from the hallway due to the metallic door on the elevator. Improvement of noise cancelation would be great but otherwise it was great and it was located in a good distance to public tranportation and attractions.

Functional and fine

So for a small hotel it was fine, nicely decorated however some of the furniture/fixtures were shabby and needed replacing otherwise fine, clean! Small but functional! Put our luggage out on patio area to save space. It is on the 5th floor of an apartment building and because of this and the rooms being just off the main staircase there was a fair amount of noise from people coming and going. Someone also knocked on our door at 3am, general shouting and hustle and bustle from within the building kept us up. It’s a bit of a walk from main landmarks however it’s right beside the train station which is great for connections and also if you plan on using a tour bus it’s super close. First night left me really tired from the noise but otherwise a good place to stay and I don’t think it’s the hotels fault but they may need to think about sound proofing

An old building with a small elevator that takes forever to get down. The hotel itself is situation in a residential building on the 5/6 floors. The kid at the reception was great, very helpful. The room however was a bit of a nightmare space wise. Being a tall person that i am, moving around especially in the shower was impossible. You cannot bend down in it as it was beyond tiny. The front door would hit the bed upon opening. Overall it was a newly remodeled unit.

À fuir!! Je tiens à exprimer mon profond mécontentement. Le prix est scandaleux au regard de la prestation fournie et le séjour n’était absolument pas conforme à la description. Voici les faits constatés : • L’eau du robinet et de la douche était blanche, saturée de calcaire, impossible à utiliser pour se doucher ou se brosser les dents. Nous avons dû acheter plusieurs litres d’eau en bouteille. • Plomberie défectueuse : l’eau jaillit de manière anarchique, la cuvette des toilettes est bancale. • Hôtel délabré et mal situé : bien que les chambres semblent rénovées, le bâtiment est vétuste, avec des tags, fils apparents, moisissures et une cage d’ascenseur en bois poussiéreuse. • L’hôtel est situé dans un immeuble d’habitation ordinaire, sur deux étages (5ᵉ et 6ᵉ), dans un quartier peu sûr. Nous avons même été agressés à notre retour un soir en entrant dans l’immeuble. • Bruit constant, murs très fins, impossible de dormir. • Le “lit double” était en réalité deux lits simples collés. • Aucune bouteille d’eau dans le frigo à notre arrivée. • Enfin, la taxe de séjour a été exigée en espèces, ce qui nous a obligés à sortir pour retirer de l’argent, l’hôtel refusant le paiement par carte. We requested a double bed in advance and we had 2 singles pushed together. The photos of the property are very outdated. The floors had hairs around the the side tables although on the surface were wiped clean there was years old dirty compacted the the gaps. You could easily hear all the other rooms noises. The shower had poor water pressure most of the time as well as hanging off the wall. Lots of limescale around and the toilet seat was broken on arrival. So I think 3 stars is generous which goes primarily to a nice lady on the front desk who was very pleasant and supportive with things brought to her attention. For example, the room safe also became faulty with our possessions inside. She fixed it immediately.

Hospedagem terrível, nos dois primeiros dias o elevador não funcionava e o hotel é no quinto andar. O quarto é pequeníssimo, e o banheiro sem comentários de tão ruim (o chuveiro não funcionava corretamente) pedi auxílio mas não fui ouvido. Os atendentes (recepção) dos dois primeiros dias eram "normais" e até nos ajudaram a subir com as malas. Mas no terceiro dia o atendente foi antipático/grosso! NÃO RECOMENDO ESSE HOTEL . Detalhe as fotos que estao no site do Hoteis.com são falsas! Essa foi a minha primeira e horrível decepção com o Hoteis.com.

The room was extremely tiny and the decor and chairs were so old and dirty. I reserved a queenside bed and got two double beds. The water in the sink and shower only worked whenever it wanted to and the ac would cut on and off all day and night in June when Rome is hot and humid! I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
