Enjoyed our stay

Location was perfect, being near the main station and also close to the sites. Although the interior was a little dated in appearance, it was clean and comfortable. The water was always hot for when you want a shower and standard toiletries were always replenished so you don’t run out. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially Constantine who gave us invaluable advice and suggestions on what to do and where to go. I would definitely use this hotel again.

The host is very friendly and accommodating ("A"), and the location is very near the train station. Unfortunately the unpleasant incense smell at the front desk filled the place in a suffocating way; and voices anywhere from the front and hallways are loud in the rooms.

This is a classic Italian family run hotel. Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location is very convenient and in walking distance to the train station, airport tram, and many of the sights in Florence. The elevator was an added and appreciated bonus.

Stayed one night on trip across Italy by train. Located in close proximity of rail station and within easy walking distance of most tourist sites, Friendly helpful staff. Hotel Beatrice is a nice place, located in an old building in the center of the city. Well located, very close to the train station and the main historic sites of the city. The room was clean, the bathroom was of a good size (not big, but not too small). Good breakfast, and the staff is very friendly.
