El problema que tuve es que aún cuando tenía la reserva confirmada por la plataforma Hotel esta no la cumplieron y me mandaron a otro hotel ya que ya no tenían habitaciones , el cual el hotel donde me mandaron , no tenía sillas o algún mueble para poner las maletas por lo cual estuvieron en el piso , no había agua para tomar , no había vasos, un tremendo calor y solo un ventilador a media velocidad , el personal para nada acomedido bajando uno las maletas y no se preocupan por apoyarte , ruidoso el área donde estaba , en fin muy mal , sugiero que habiendo tantos hoteles en Peña de Bernal optar por otra opción ya que existe la posibilidad de que te cumplan lo que te prometen en la reserva o tienes el riesgo de que no tengan cuarto y te manden a otro hotel
