设施太老旧了，家具已经烂的不行了。秋天的晚上洗澡竟然只有一点点热水。房间隔音效果很差，能听到隔壁的任何声音。这样的设施，真对不起这个价格。 Facilities are too old, the furniture has been rotten to die. Autumn evening bath, there are only a little bit of hot water. Room sound insulation is poor, you can hear any sound next door. Such a facility, not worth the price.

Totally disappointed! Will not come bk again !!

First of all, the location is not easy to found!! The hotel is in a alley, and it got a bad smell nearby!! Secondly, our room have lots of mosquito! And the air-conditioner doesn't work We try to accept it, but the mosquito cannot let us sleep well. So we tell the hotel's staff to ask for any solutions, he just ignoring us! This hotel totally disappointed us. All the service, facility and the location is unacceptable!

This is not a hotel, you can pay more for better. The room small and many mosquito, do not have air con which my booking is marked there is air con in the room. They didn't help solve problems, just push the responsibility to hotel.com and said this is not their fault , it's unacceptable. The only good thing is outside the street, there is a market here and about 10 mins to train station.

-Staff is extremely impolite! Rude either morning or night shift. -The boss is vulgar! Engliah is not good. -Since no wifi, no air conditioning, no fan, we live in a stuffy and boring room. -Spider nets, mosquitoes are everywhere! -The boss turned a blind eyes on every details. We need to bbeg for a fan. -And blame my English is not good.He speak a 'fan' to a 'fine'. Absolutely not worth to Live! 120e for one night! Serious! Highly not recommended! You will regret!

Situación buena, tardé 13' con maleta desde la estación de tren,andén. Vaporetto próximo a 4 min.Más lejos Fondamente Nuove,(visita Murano, Burano, Torcello).El hotel ofrece desayuno continental.habitación pequeña con TV italiana, lavabo y bidé,muy bien la limpieza.Situada en una calle estrecha, excelente calidad de sueño, pero al lado de la Strada Nova (nombres varios), llena de restaurantes etc. Supermercado a 10´. Good location with a few issues

The room is ok, with a comfortable bed and it's quite big. There was no hot water in the shower and even after we complained about it, the problem wasn't solved. It's one of the smallest places to shower I've ever been to. The WiFi is paid, so that's not good. The location is good, because it's less than 10 minutes walking from the train station and it takes about 20 minutes to get to San Marco.

Bra location beläget mellan tåg station, piazale de Roma samt Markusplatsen och extremt mycket shopping. Hotellet var väl helt okej dock dålig engelska och drog betalning trots uppvisande av kvitto från betalning. Som tur var fick vi tillbaka pengarna från Hotels.com :) medioker kvalitet på hotellet men prisvärt!
