Great location in Venice, easy to find from the airport water bus stop and walkable to the city attractions. Hotel was beautifully decorated, rooms very clean, staff friendly and breakfast tasty. The room was beautiful and spacious but the hotel was quite difficult to find, particularly because it was situated in a very crowded part of the city which had several student bars which were busy and loud from lunchtime until gone 11. One staff member was helpful, one indifferent and one actually rude.
