Great location! Walk to everything…one block away from the Arno river. very clean, comfortable room and pillows. Wonderful staff! Everyone there was extremely kind, helpful and informative. Sweet little terrace with a lovely water view. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Everything is just a short walk away, from amazing restaurants to all the iconic sights. Everyone at the hotel was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious, spotless, and had the most beautiful views. I truly can’t thank you all enough for making our stay so special. There’s even a small lift that fits one person, convenient for getting luggage upstairs! I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Florence and will be recommending your hotel to all my friends!

Staff were very kind and helpful! They allowed us to store luggage prior to check-in so we could get an early start to exploring the city. The manager explained the history of the building and helped us with finding places around the hotel. The place was so clean and the rooftop terrace was beautiful. Location, location, location! You walk out the door and you are less than 5-10 minutes walking to every major attraction in Florence! Don’t worry about the stairs, there is a landing every 10 or so steps to rest if you need it. Service was amazing and we really appreciated them holding onto our bags until our next stop was available much later in the day.

This is a lovely, clean, hotel with welcoming staff and a great location. As long as you have light luggage for the 30 steps up to the small life (and then possibly more steps depending on your room), you’ll very much enjoy your stay.
