It’s a cute hotel in a great location. If you are looking for the big chain features like breakfast, 24 hour reception, etc… it is not your place. If you want a no frills but nice and clean location at a great price and amazing local this is your place.

Hotel PABA did not let us down. It was the perfect location to be so close to restaurants, the Colosseum and Roman Forum, only a 15 min walk to Trevi, and so many other sights. It also has easy access to Termini Station. The room had amazing AC, was clean, and the bed had a comfortable mattress. I will be back the next time I’m in Rome. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Best location for a charming Rome experience in a 100 year old hotel. We loved looking out on the narrow cobblestone street outside our window at the night life. People dining at the lighted sidewalk cafe's with checkered tablecloths complete with a candle in the middle and the aroma of authentic Italian pizza. Gelato shops on every corner and flower cart vendors offering fresh flowers for sale to passers by. All in all it couldn't have been any better. We could walk everywhere and the locals were very friendly and welcoming. The staff at the Paba were very efficient and helpful.

Building was 100 years old and the lift was the same. A little scary. Not a conventional hotel. No after hour staff, no lobby, no real concierge, with hours for help. Room air conditioning was fantastic, ice cold air on hot days. Roma were modernized but we’re not happy here we’re no drawers or closet for hanging up close, just a small rickety open metal frame. Had to live out of suitcase. It does have g good size safe and there was tons of restaurants and gelato shops within short walking distance. Also only 10 minute walk to colosseum.

Hotel Paba is cozy, clean, and warm! The vibe makes you feel at home almost. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and informative. It is a short walking distance from the colosseum, which my wife and I enjoyed walking off all our pasta carbs with! The hotel is exactly what we needed since we were more focused on exploring Rome. It’s a great place to lay your head!

The property was old, but updated/renovated. Very clean. The elevator, very old and fun!!! Christian and Lisa were very helpful and friendly! Hotel is centrally located and very close to colosseum. Short walk to Trevi fountain and many other sites. We walked to the Vatican in under an hour. For friendliness, ease of checking, cleanliness and perfect location, I highly recommend this hotel.
