Had a great time at Surftides Plaza with my family. Had a bit of a mixup at first. But customer service manager went above and beyond to try and resolve. Only would mention that queen bed was rock hard. Still giving 5 stars.

Beautiful view

Of course the picture online makes it look bigger, it was perfect size. Very nice view, 2 bathrooms was neat. Felt like home. The only 2 problems we had was after we got in with the code, we couldn't lock it while we were out, made me very nervous coming back. Second was ,in the picture the bed was facing toward the window to see the view. The beds were in the back. Also the second bathroom, the water didn't turn hot. Perfect location to. Sorry last thing was it was noisy during the day, when people were running the chandler shook.

Awesome winter storm

It was incredible, the unit was fantastic, 3rd floor great view, stormy, rain and wind (70mph)....roaring surf...it was a storm watchers dream. The property management staff was excellent, i would highly recommend this place.

I loved the set up for the kitchen and the towels. Main concern was the heating was a little wonky and the bed was very uncomfortable. Otherwise loved the view of the ocean watching the King Tides from the balcony was amazing. Keyless entry was useful because we didn't have to worry about losing a keycard or having to bother the staff to check in or check out. We felt very safe and enjoyed our stay.

The management was very courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in 161 was terrible. You could hear the people above you talking and walking around like they were going to fall through the ceiling. The person above me was up until 330 in the morning partying with others so no sleep and then was talked to by the management and stopped for one night, then began on the last night so no sleep. Hours were posted all over that it was quiet between 10pm and 8am. I got the short end of the straw on this trip.

Entire space covered in dog hair. Vacuum full of dog hair. Dog beds & toys in room when it was made clear we had NO dogs. Next door couple left their dog barking in the bathroom every day until 10:00 PM! People upstairs left their dog outside on the balcony to bark! & shed like crazy! Tried to engage in conversation…not interested. The office was frequently closed, and a couple of staff weren’t interested in much of anything. Including watching an old man let his dog poop in front of the office every day! We were there 2 weeks. The exact amt of coffee filters (14) were left on the counter to end up flat! So difficult to use. How silly to count exact amount. Had to buy coffee. It would have had to be in the room if it was rented on daily basis, so at least cover amt of days I’m staying. This is the first place we weren’t able to get coffee for the duration of our stay. Heater didn’t work. Girl came from office, had to keep the cover off & squeeze hose for gas!!! Forget it! She had no idea what was wrong. Said someone came & fixed it a while ago. NOT! Bathroom fan was so very loud! Thought the whole thing was going to come down! Again…girl at office had no idea what to do! Upstairs fan had same problem. Had to listen to that all times of day! Thank goodness we’re not the kind of people that fold in stressful times! We went on to enjoy our vacation. We know now that this place was way too expensive for what you get & have to endure! We’ll NEVER stay here again or recommend it!

Cozy place

This cute little condo was perfect for our anniversary getaway. It was clean and well appointed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was a king bed in the one bedroom that was not as comfy as it should have been, but not terrible. There was a sleeper sofa in the living room,but we didnt use that. The view was wonderful!! Overall we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this property!
