The front desk staff was excellent. However, the concierge was not! we only had a brief time to walk to a nice cafe for lunch. We had in mind a good place to go. We checked with the Concierge who talked us into walking past numerous perfect cafe’s only to arrive at a run-down cafe in a construction zone. We walked so far that we missed having a good experience and had to return to the hotel. My advice would be to do the opposite of what the concierges at this hotel recomends!
