Nice food with different options and under promos. Rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Parking was easy since there were few guests during our stay, as it was rainy season.

I booked the room for my nieces to stay and as soon as they checked in they called me the AC were not working. They ask for transfer to another room but instead maintenance went there trying to fixed and it didn't work at all. They stayed there for 4 days uncomfortable at all and that's unacceptable. Worst hotel in Baguio City.
