6/10 不错

Rooms in need of a bit of TLC wallpaper Coming off the ceiling ,dirt in shower and shower head, bed okay but not the best night's sleep and noise from bar below. Food very average ,and unfortunately no other alternative to continental ( which was quite nice to be fair ) but a full ebnglish would have been great for price we paid. Staff excellent and very friendly and welcoming ,but rooms just a bit of a let down sorry to say. Good points great beautiful location, and great staff.

Hotel was ok for our stop off en route . Overall it wasn’t the cleanest and we were a little disappointed
真实点评

6/10 不错

Room was pleasant, bed was a bit soft Hotel has very strict opening and closing times, you can’t enter the hotel before 3pm. Breakfast was poor, advertised as continental breakfast, but it was basically just cereals and cheap bread for toast, with ham and cheese. If you wanted food in the evening this was only available between 6pm and 8pm and the bar closed at 10pm
真实点评

6/10 不错

Cleanliness needs improvement. Continental breakfast was very limited. Expensive for what it is.

Hotel au calme Compromis prix prestation intéressant. Accessibilité à l'étage par un dédale d'escalier et de portes peu pratique. Restaurant à éviter

6/10 不错

The staff were lovely and the included continental breakfast was nice, but the hotel needs an upgrade as there were lots of areas that were looking grubby. The carpets at the entrance were dirty and definitely need replacing. Our room was ok but looking tired. The window frames were a mess, the bedding and towels were good and there were toiletries in the bathroom. We didn’t eat an evening meal as the hygiene standard was a 3? There is no where else in the area to eat. The bar was a welcome addition. There is a small amount of parking. Ok for what we paid but won’t be going back.
真实点评

6/10 不错

Cleanliness in room 6 was not as good as it should be. Cobwebs present in corners and room service clearly hadn’t made any effort on second morning. Beds not made or stocks replenished. Carpets throughout property badly stained in public areas. Rooms are large and bed was comfy. No coffee machine ir ironing board provided as advertised for superior room. Breakfast choices fine - mostly cereal and cold buffet. Just an underwhelming experience in a shabby looking hotel from outside.

2/10 较差

Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty and did not feel properly cleaned, which was particularly concerning from a hygiene point of view. The breakfast was also really poor, the place where we could take a cheese and ham from was disgusting. I felt unwell every night, and we became increasingly concerned about risking another night feeling the same way. As a result, we decided to leave one night earlier. We appreciate that the hotel is dog-friendly, unfortunately, this is the only positive aspect. The cleanliness, breakfast and overall experience were not acceptable, and having to leave early made it even more disappointing. The member of staff at the hotel was unable to assist me and was contacting someone else to find out how to process guest check-outs (which I found really unprofessional). As a result, I reported the matter immediately online however after 30 days and many emails I got response from Regional Manager that I won’t get the refund and that their position is “firm and final”. Please avoid this place.

4/10 一般

First, the staff was awesome. I don’t want to minimize that. However, the room was horrific. The mattress was so old it was sloped to one side, had a huge caved in spot, and the other side was lumpy from age. The pillows were so old they were flat and smelled weird. There was no shampoo or conditioner, only body wash/hand soap. The bathroom had a lot of mold and build up so I opted not to shower. I truly don’t understand how the other reviews are so high.
