The staff were very helpful. They gave us milk for our son and access to clean our baby bottles. We accidentally put the no cleaning sign on our door but they gave us fresh towels and emptied bins on request. They stored our buggy downstairs too which was a great help and as space, like in most buildings in Paris it seems, is limited. The beds, shower and toilet were all excellent for a 3 star hotel. We had breakfast at the hotel each morning too, which I can fully recommend.

You charged me double for my room. I am still waiting for you to correct this mistake. you keep avoiding contacting me. You should be ashamed to conduct such business. I frequent the neighborhood and am letting neighbors know to stop referring their guests to your hotel.Hotel.com sent you a double payment for my week’s stay. I am waiting for reimbursement for weeks.

Chambre propre et correcte. Salle de bains impeccable. Chambre juste à côté de l'ascenseur, un peu de bruit tant que des clients l'utilisent mais rien après 21h, très calme, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié (mais charcuterie et fromage industriels), petite salle confortable. Bon accueil, hôtel très bien situé, à moins de 10' à pied de Place d'Italie, beaucoup de restaurants juste à côté de l'hôtel, pratique pour dîner. A 2 min du métro

The hotel was located a little bit far away from things that I wanted to see, however, the room was comfortable. I was on the fourth floor and the elevator was broken so it was a lot of steps up to the fourth floor. My room was nice and the staff were extremely nice The only thing that I could say about the room was that the wallpaper was peeling off at one area, and the shower appeared to have a bit of mold in it. The television and Internet was not up to par. Otherwise, the room was very comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely nice.

Not quite value for money

Small hotel with very small lobby area. The toilet room has a bad smell. The lift was out of order during my stay. When I arrived the hotel, the staff was very nice and helped carrying the luggage upstairs to the fourth floor. Yet when I left after staying for three nights, I asked for the same help but another staff could offer to carry one luggage down for us only. There are no facilities like face tissues, refrigerator or iron etc. Therefore, not quite value for money.

First off, the hotel is on a noisy main street, the hotel itself is very small & basic. Cleaning is very surface, there're mold lines all around the bathroom ceiling and floor, most towels have stains on them, there's no shampoo or tissues. It's very disappointing for the amount they charge which was 30% more than a 4star hotel in the 9th arrondissement just a week prior.

Matress was concave and slopping, so I asked for it to be changed. It was, the second was a little better, but both well past it, and affected my sleep. This echoed a sense of under investment in the place. Lots of small things slightly broken or needing attention. The location was good

The perfect environment for food, shopping and entertainment. The staff was awesome and greets you with nice smiles and friendly attitudes. Housekeeping was great too. We would recommend this to anyone who wants to be in a hip mellow pace to adventure out.

Recepcionistas agradável e atenciosos nas avaliações falavam que tinha café mas o café era cobrado à parte 10 euros por pessoa. Tinha teia de aranha no quarto, tinha limpeza e troca de toalhas todos os dias . O chuveiro era bom e o banheiro era novo . A estadia foi de 5 noites, pelas avaliações esperava que fosse melhor mas deixou a desejar.. Pelo preço tem hotéis bem melhores não voltaria a ficar nele.
