Good location, friendly staff

I stayed in a triple room. The queen bed was fine; however, the other bed couldn't be considered a bed. It was very uncomfortable for my child to sleep in there. Also, they failed to replenish Coffee and sugar, and the cleaning requests must be made a day in advance, which might be inconvenient.

God oplevelse.

Min søn jeg havde et udmærket ophold, værelset var pænt og rent. Udsigten var direkte ind i en mur, så det skal man være opmærksom på. TV virkede ikke, men heldigvis var vi der kun for at sove, ellers ude at se byen, havde vi skulle bruge længere tid på værelset ville dette dog have været frustrerende. God morgenmad, og venligt personale.

Bewertung: ★★★☆☆ (3/5) Ich war nur für ein paar Tage hier, dafür war es in Ordnung. Wer allerdings eine Woche oder länger bleibt, könnte mit einem anderen Hotel wahrscheinlich deutlich zufriedener sein. Für ein, zwei oder drei Tage ist es okay – mehr nicht. Es gab jedoch ein paar Punkte, die mich gestört haben: • Kein Kleiderschrank, lediglich sehr begrenzter Stauraum. • Kein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer – schade, denn für kalte Getränke wäre das wirklich praktisch gewesen. • Dusche: Die Abdichtung war nicht ausreichend, sodass Wasser nach außen lief. Zusätzlich hatte der Duschkopf wenig Druck, weil am Schlauch Wasser austrat. Positiv war die Sauberkeit, hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Alles in allem ein durchschnittlicher Aufenthalt – okay für einen kurzen Trip, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial.

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn Wilmersdorf. We are used to staying at the Premiere Inn in the UK so knew exactly what to expect. Staff were super lovely and we enjoyed spending time in the bar area in the evenings playing games. The hotel is very close to the Spichernstraße U Bahn which means exploring the city was very easy. The only issues we had was there was no chair in the room and I have a bad back. However, they were very happy to bring a chair to our room. Also we messaged via the Expedia app to ask about parking and air conditioning and we didn’t get a reply. So we decided to use the Park and Ride at Wansee and travel inn with our cases. Would definitely stay here again. It was great!

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und geräumig, praktisch eingerichtet und ruhig gelegen. Ein zweiter Stuhl wäre sinnvoll. Das Hotel ist sehr nahe der U Bahn Spichernstr. Ich habe das Hotel bereits zweimal gebucht und war jedesmal äußerst zufrieden.

Aufenthalt für eine Nacht ohne Frühstück gehabt; diese war trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstraße mega ruhig - kein Straßenlärm, keine Gäste zu hören. Check in lief unkompliziert und zügig ab. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war völlig ausreichend - Wasserkocher, Tee/Kaffee etc vorhanden, mehre Bettenwaren, falls es zu kalt oder warm sein sollte, mehr als genügend Handtücher.

Vom Hauptbahnhof gut erreichbar mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Hotel direkt zu finden, sobald man Ausgang D nimmt. Zimmer war sauber und modern.

Habe beim Buchungsportal inkl. aller Gebühren und Steuern gebucht ( so bestätigt). Beim Check-In wurden wir dann - meiner Meinung nach - dazu genötigt, die City-Tax ein zweites Mal zu bezahlen; „ sonst gibt es kein Zimmer „ Meine Reklamation blieb bis jetzt unbeantwortet. Wünschenswert wäre auch ein Zimmersafe gewesen - heutzutage eigentlich Mindeststandard. Schade ! Ansonsten: sauber und rel. neuwertig.
