Rooms are very small for a couple. Bed is extremely soft (think it would need some new beds). Staff was helpful. The price charged during Intertabac tradeshow is a pure robbery and not worth the value, but all Dortmund hotels do this, it’s an abuse. Car parking is extremely limited, although it’s cheaper to get a parking fine outside on the road than paying for parking. Food is not great, breakfast is basic. It’s “cleanish”, however i feel the rooms would need a deep carpet clean and a deep bathroom clean. It’s like a trendy hotel lobby, after a certain time it smells terribly in the lobby, so im not sure they were experiencing issues during my stay. Im not going to return to this hotel in the next tradeshow in Dortmund.
