This hotel was well located. Just away from the touristy area but centrally located right next to the subway station which takes you everywhere very efficiently. Restaurants and cafes nearby are also all great.

Great price but hot room and noisy street.

This place is probably a great deal any season but summer. The very small room has a small fan. We had to leave the window open to cool down and the street is very very noise. The mini fridge may do a better job heating the room than cooling food. It was very clean and staff very helpful. Good english.

Easily accessible - 1 min walk to Metro station. It takes 15-20 minutes to famous Eiffel Tower by Metro. Restaurants around the hotel are good. The room is little too old. Soundproofing needs to be improved. I can hear baby crying and guests talking from the other room. The shower is semi-open. Water can easily spill onto the floor. The kettle are not clean. I don't use it anyway.

- Found Hotel Avia Saphir Montparnasse a great value and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check in is easy and hassle free. And the breakfast each morning was just awesome. All you could ever need for an American style breakfast or a "continental breakfast.” And the Pasteur Métro is less than a 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel. Pasteur has two very convenient lines. Line 6 and Line 12. Also shopping about a five minute walk. A big Monoprix just across from Gare Montparnasse. Other small shopping options much closer. And the stop for a RATP bus line is steps from the front door. Now the rooms are not huge. But you are in Paris to see and do things. Not spend time at a hotel. Also a small mini fridge in each room and a coffe maker and coffee and tea. So if you want to shop for food at Monoprix you're all set. Not a fancy neighborhood, more of a working class area and I did not feel unsafe here at all. So I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Super rapport qualité prix avec bon accueil. Très bonne literie et frigo dans la chambre (dommage sans bouteille d’eau). Si vous réservez dans ce bon hôtel, n’hésitez pas à rajouter 1 ou 2€ par nuit par chambre pour avoir l’option confort de votre chambre côté cour et non côté rue. Car côté rue c’est le carrefour bruyant avec feux tricolores véhicules et cyclistes bruyants !
Déco de notre chambre n* 103 mais je pense qu’il existe dans l’angle de cet hôtel des chambres avec vue réelle sur la vraie Tour Eiffel (à demander lors de votre réservation) En tout cas situation cours Pasteur à 1 mn du métro et de 2 supers restos
