Staff were really friendly on arrival, we did request early check in which they were unable to accommodate. But this was communicated to us well before we had arrived. They kept our luggage and gave us some suggestions on where to go to kill some time. You’re a short 20 minute walk to Eiffel tour, there is also metros near by. Very clean and spacious for Paris. Would definitely comeback here to stay on our next visit.

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Ami. The room was clean and well furnished though smaller than expected. The reception area was very welcoming and staff was courteous. I wish they explained the breakfast proactively - it felt like I was left to figure it out on my own. The staff in the evenings was super friendly and quick to provide service. The location is pretty good, easy access to the metro and about a 25 min walk to the Eiffel Tower which was great. Would stay here again overall!

O único ponto que, na nossa opinião, poderia ser melhorado é o café da manhã, pois não havia muitas opções e demoraram para repor os itens que acabam, principalmente o croassant, que era bem disputado. Fora esse pequeno incoveniente, foi tudo maravilhoso. Adoramos!!!!
