Séjour de 4 nuits avec mes 2 enfants. Très satisfaite de la chambre. Accueil professionnel et chaleureux. Quartier très sympathique avec nombreux commerces . Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Séjour absolument désastreux pour les raisons suivantes: - forte odeur très désagréable en franchissant la porte de la chambre. - rideaux crasseux. - chambre très étroite ( nr 84) , nous avions réservé une chambre triple! - flexible de douche perçé - ascenceur en panne. - à l'acceuil, une montagne de sacs (linge probablement). - acceuil très désagréable au petit déjeuner car nous nous présentons à 9h31 alors que la fin du service est à 9h30.

Bonjour Un peu déçues, toujours pas d ascenseur, on se prend les pieds dans la moquette des escaliers, la rampe est pas fixe elle bouge, et les murs sont tellement fin que l on pourrait participer aux conversations des voisins. Par contre la chambre était très propre. Le personnel est très gentil mais ne connaît pas les alentours donc ne peut pas renseigner sur les restaurants ou autres.

L’ascenseur reste à revoir et redescend lorsqu’on arrive au troisième étage. Nous avons occupé la chambre 93. Il n’y avait pas de clim donc impossible de dormir la nuit, lorsque nous sommes arrivés l’après midi les fenêtres étaient grandes ouvertes idéal pour que la chaleur rentre. Le volet métallique est défectueux. câble électrique apparent. Il y avait des taches de sang sur une chaise. Les prises électrique sont mal situé si nous voulons recharger nos téléphones ou autre… Pommeau de douche très sale. Les femmes de ménages rentrent même si la chambre est occupé. Nous avons également eu un accueil désagréable.

Comment expliquer....

Si vous allez dans cette hôtel vous en avez pour votre prix. On entend tout. La rue reste calme et le service n hésite pas. Par contre les draps et serviettes tout propre. L état des chambres juste nettoyés le pot de fleur sur la fenêtre sert de cendrier, ne surtout pas regarder tous les recoins car pas propre.

Il y a aussi un ventilateur! Le quartier est très bien et les restaurant sont bons!

accueil très parisien: l'amabilité est une option qu'on ne peut pas cocher. Dernière restauration qui remonte à De Gaulle sûrement. Huisseries simple vitrage. Wifi quasi inexistant, inutilisable. Propreté relative: ne pas regarder dans les coins.
