Great Place to Stay in Sonoita

We have stayed at the Sonoita Inn several times and would highly recommend it. We love the historic element, and its association with Secretariat. It has a rustic decor and a real “bed-and-breakfast” feel about it. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We love the common area with the fireplace and the table for games and activities. While playing cards there, we have had the pleasure of meeting several people from different cities in Arizona. Also, The Steak Out Restaurant is located right next door within walking distance. Several nights during the week they have various western bands playing. The Inn is in close proximity to many wine vineyards. On our most recent stay, we discovered the Empire Ranch and took a self guided tour at no charge. We really enjoy all the history of the whole area!

Place has a charming rustic nice feel. Rooms are simple but clean. Bathrooms need some updating but overall a great place to stay.

This place is beautiful, peaceful, very clean, we checked in after hours, but the staff called me to insure we had an easy check-in, we did show up a little late, I think its important to say this town closes down at 7 so make sure you arrive early enough to get a bite to eat.

Loved my stay

It was a true Inn. Loved it. Cozy fireplace and nice open area to sit, drink coffee or wind down. the rooms were big and beds were soft and comfortable. Very clean all around and very nice staff.
