Decent and solid stay.

Beautiful view of the gardens next door. Close to the Mestre train station. However no air conditioning, shared bathroom between 3 different rooms mean you have to wait for others to shower to pee and a few mosquitos (expected but no nets or anything to combat them with.

On our trip we stayed in 3 different hotels and out of the 3 this was the least amusing. Everywhere felt dirty. There was a kitchen which was nice but very basically supplied no bowles to have cereal in. And shower door was broken and poorly replaced so water went everywhere. But to compensate all of this the host is a very nice guy. Definitely not a profetinal stay as we had to wait to get the keys untill the gentlemen cycled up to us but we a cheap stay so couldn't expect too much. But agen lovely helpful gentleman

Basic single night stay close to station

Was a transient to the next destination. Didn’t want to spent too much on an overnight stay. More like a hostel with shared bathroom. The room was clean but had the smell of bleach and was quite cold. It is convenient if you are taking the train from Venice Mestre and stay as a short stay.

Very bad: no one at the agreed check in

The person in charge agreed with me the day prior arrival in writting the check in from 6 to 7 pm. However, I arrived at 6 pm and there was no one there. I waited at the gate up to 6:25 pm and then had to go to look for an wi fi place to call the property. Finally they came. They had sent a message at 5:30 pm asking me to call to a certain phone upon arrival, but we had previously agreed otherwise. In addition, he said I could not cook... Other than that, as expected for the price range.

Positive points: possibility of late check-in and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Negative points: I understand it’s an accommodation with shared areas, which can sometimes lead to misuse by certain guests, but the bathroom was dirty, with clearly ingrained dirt that had been there for a long time — meaning the host’s cleaning is extremely poor. The shower stall was disgusting, with a lot of built-up grime. The kitchen was also dirty. The room, although spacious, has a poor and dysfunctional furniture layout, with the double bed against the wall and far from the power outlets. In addition, there were several mosquitoes and other small bugs. The room smelled musty, and the blankets were thrown inside the wardrobe, not folded. Although the street seemed quiet, it was poorly lit, and the entrance to the house felt strange. A tourist tax of €4 per person per night was charged, which was not mentioned in the reservation. Moreover, the tax is supposed to apply to the city of Venice, but the accommodation is located in Marghera. I only stayed there because I had booked a non-refundable reservation. I don’t recommend it! Very bad!

No lo puedo calificar como un gran hotel porque no lo es pero la verdad es que ha cumplido sobradamente mis espectativas. Iba preocupada después de leer algunas resenas pero creo que cumple lo esperado si tengo en cuenta que he pagado solo 50€ la noche por una habitación triple. Es más barato que muchos albergues con la diferencia de que aquí dan sábanas y toallas (importante para Ryanir). La ubicación es muy buena pq a 2 min se coge el bus 53E q tarda solo 16' en llegar a plaza Roma y a 4 min tiene dos supetmercados. El dueno es serio pero no tengo ninguna queja. Al llegar nos dio la infomación necesaria para movernos por allí

La struttura si è rivelata deludente sotto diversi aspetti. Il bagno era in comune, anche se questo non era chiaramente indicato nella descrizione. Inoltre, era richiesto di gettare la carta igienica in un cestino accanto al WC, cosa poco igienica e scomoda. La cucina risultava inutilizzabile e, cosa ancora più grave, mancava l'acqua calda. Era tutto sporco, l'unica cosa pulita (forse) erano i lenzuoli. Anche se il prezzo è contenuto, l’esperienza complessiva è stata negativa. Non lo consiglio.

No alojamento supostamente teríamos acesso à cozinha, onde consta no anúncio que tem micro-ondas (que não existe na realidade) e placa de fogão (que tem um anúncio no local que não se pode usar). Portanto só tivemos acesso ao frigorífico. Existe indicação de proibido fumar, e o cheiro que se sente por todo o alojamento é cheiro a tabaco. O quarto é grande, porém o sistema de aquecimento não funcionava. Deveria pagar de taxa de turismo 1.5 euros por pessoa, e foi-nos cobrado 4 euros por pessoa no local.

Très bien comme petit pied à terre pour dormir afin de se rendre sur Venise. On nous laisse les clés pour rentrer quand on veut. Grande chambre spacieuse en lit double avec une armoire et deux tables de chevet. Petit jardin pratique pour se poser un peu si besoin. Il y a un frigo et une bouilloire de disponible comme équipement électroménager. Les transports pour Venise et l'aéroport sont à proximité donc facilité d'accès. Il y a aussi un lidl et un grand supermarché. L'endroit est calme. Pas de bruits la nuit. Je recommande.

Propreté de la chambre qui laisse à désirer

Arrivée au logement : accueil par le propriétaire fait rapidement et sans soucis. Chambre avec le strict minimum, serviettes incluses par contre le tiroir de la table de nuit n’avait même pas était nettoyé de la précédente location. La propreté du logement laisse à désirer, la poussière était notre colocataire. La cuisine n’était pas du tout fonctionnelle. Nous n’avions pas de poêle ni de casserole SUPER POUR CUISINER !!! De plus, la SDB était fonctionnelle et nettoyée tous les jours mais une paroi de douche a été cassée et remplacée par un pauvre rideau. De plus, taxes de séjour élevée.
