Ao chegar percebi que o quarto tinha um cheiro residual vindo do banheiro. Toda vez ao sair e retornar o cheiro estava lá. Nada que impedisse a utilização de quarto. O quarto é modesto e tem bom espaço. Cama confortável, e travesseiros um pouco desconfortáveis. O quarto poderia ter um interruptor ao lado da cama pra facilitar o acesso pra ligar ou desligar. Uma alternativa seria um abajour. O staff é incrível. Pessoal super solicito e sempre disponível pra dar uma informação sobre os arredores e demais informações. O café da manhã é bom e farto. O hotel está localizado no centro bem próximo à rodoviária. A sensação é de insegurança principalmente à noite. Durante o dia da pra transitar sem problemas, mas é sempre bom andar esperto.

Achei o quarto confortável, climatizado, cama boa, banheiro limpo e tudo em ótimas condições. Amei a recepção do Arthur, muito atencioso. A localização é um pouco perigosa a noite, mas me senti segura no hotel. Para que procura um ponto central para conhecer os pontos turísticos é uma ótima opção.

Poderia melhorar o atendimento de alguns atendente

Nao tivemos uma primeira boa impressão, pois a estadia ja estava paga pelo aplicativo e o atendente que alegou ser novato, cobrou na hora novamente, meu marido acabou pagando. Foi um transtorno pois demorou 3 dias para o estorno ser feito, e passamos a viagem com falta desse dinheiro pago em duplicidade. Este atendente tambem tem um péssimo atendimento, fala baixo, rapido e debocha se vc pede para repetir. Os demais atendentes foram muito simpáticos, principalmente a atendente da tarde. A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, o chao embaixo da cama estava muito sujo, percebemos ao afastar a cama para ficar mais próximo a tomada. Permitiram deixar nossas malas na recepção ate a hora do chekin, pois chegamos as 09h, e apos o checkout tbm permitiram deixar na recepção, nessa parte eles foram otimos. Nao tivemos mais contato com o primeiro atendente, que tivemos uma péssima experiência.

Uma boa estadia, como o hotel está localizado em uma área central, o barulho da rua, dos carros e ônibus incomodam um pouco. Ao lado do hotel tem um terminal de ônibus. Tirando isso, o hotel entrega o que promete. O café da manhã não tem muita variedade, mas achei o suficiente, dá para fazer um café da manhã bacana, o funcionários muito educados e solícitos, gostei da estadia.

Custo beneficio muito bom.

Quase tudo funcionou perfeitamente. O quarto tinha tudo que um quarto de hotel precisa ter: Ar condicionado funcionando, um banheiro limpo, com toalhas limpas, chuveiro agradável, cama confortável, TV, frigobar, escrivaninha, roupeiro, e um aspecto geral muito agradável. Nosso quarto tinha vista pra rua, o que garantiu um por do sol bem bonito. Café da manhã não tinha tantas opções, já tive em hoteis com muito mais opções. Mas estava tudo bem limpo, organizado e gostoso. Os funcionários super atenciosos, nota 10. De pontos negativos só encontrei 2: A internet é bem ruim, eu mesmo nem consegui usar. Roteei o 4G do meu celular pra assistir na TV e para usar o notebook. Outro ponto negativo foi o barulho da rua. Dá pra escutar bastante barulho da rua, do transito. Os mais sensíveis ao barulho vão se incomodar.
