The hotel is lcated in a rather empty area compared to the rest of Seville. Not that many bars and restaurants. Sems more of residential area. What is excellent is the distance from the train station. That alone is worth a stay. No coffee in the room, only tea. Could use a table or desk for laptop.

Staff was very kind and helped us with cutlery & plates when a restaurant forgot to give us cutlery with our takeout. Location is really nice, could easily bus or take a nice long walk to the major sites of Sevilla...and tons of wonderful restaurants, bars, and cafes within super short walking distance. Only issue was the room we were given was not in a great spot...Room 101, on the main floor and right beside the door to the lobby... not only did the door to the lobby get in the way of entering the room at times, but it was extremely loud. Room doors do not close gently and therefore resulted in loud banging at all times of the day and night...while also leading us to be self-conscious and not want to disturb neighbours and guests/staff next door in the lobby. I assume rooms further down the first floor would be better.

Great motel 40 Minutes walk to town and just 10 minutes to the main train station. Loved the pool and drinks are reasonable priced at poolside bar. We arrived quite late around 10pm, reception very friendly and helpful. Room very clean and everything we needed. Comfortable, big bed and great aircon. We checked out early aroung 7am, all very quick. Hotel about 7 mins walk to station. The hotel also had a lovely pool area, unfortunately we just didn't have time to make use of it. Would definitely stay here again.
