Una brutta esperienza

Pessima scelta, sfortunatamente Pessima esperienza, mi hanno dato una stanza diversa da quella che avevo scelto quando ho prenotato su hotels.com, la stanza era pessima, molto stretta, e ci sono 6 persone nella stanza e puoi immaginare, molte di loro mi hanno dato molto fastidio, scoreggiano costantemente e non si vergognano e per loro è normale, e allo stesso tempo la finestra è chiusa e l'aria condizionata è costantemente accesa, quindi l'aria non circola e la stanza rimane puzzolente, sfortunatamente non ho pagato 45 euro a notte per vedere queste sciocchezze e questa sporcizia, ho pagato loro 45 euro a notte e me ne pento. Spero che la mia opinione raggiunga il resto delle persone e arrivi al direttore dell'hotel, che voglio sapere che i soldi non sono tutto nella vita, devi considerare la salute delle persone quando metti 6 persone in una piccola stanza che sembra una gabbia per uccelli, grazie. L'unica cosa positiva dell'ostello erano le due ragazze alla reception e le donne delle pulizie, erano brave e molto gentili.
