Great stay! Clean and affordable accommodation for a 1-2 nights stay! Continental breakfast was included with our stay, which was perfect. Very good AC in the hotel and room and very good WIFI too. I booked this hotel for my friend. She was in town for a night. It’s very quaint it also had a little kitchen. Very cute for one night stay. there are steps so if you have a big suitcase, just know that you will have to get it up the stairs. The staff was very nice. They do serve breakfast in the morning for a small fee. it’s in one of the best locations in CANNES. And just across the street from one of the popular restaurants called Le Mome .. close to the beach just a few blocks and in the other direction, just a half a block to the main shopping street Rue D’ Antibes as well as train station. Could not ask for a better location.

The staff was super kind! We checked out early to take a tour that ended in Cannes and they allowed us to use luggage so we didn’t need to walk our luggage back to the car at the train station garage! Overall a very good stay. Very friendly and helpful staff members and great location. I stayed in one of the apartments that was across the road from the hotel building, and this building did not have an elevator which was a problem for one of my guests. The apartment itself is on a very busy street, directly above several restaraunts that were going off until 2am. One of the bedrooms faced the other way and was more quiet, but the other looks out on the busy loud street. I gace the "quiet" room to my guests and slept in the bedroom facing the restaraunts and it worked out ok, but for some people this could be a problem.

This room was awful. no refrigerator with 35 degree weather. It shows only bed.Almost jail. they offered Le florian apartment. It located on the roof .6-7 restaurant locates down stairs.All restaurant played music till early in the morning(understand holiday) But it smells different restaurant from vantilation which location the roof .All ventilator are in front of our room. Back to room around 23:00. The water was running all floor. Called reception.The. reception said boss come back tomorrow morning.So I have to clean refrigerator and floor in midnight. My daughter Marie Thuresson sent photo about it. Plus Ants are on the floor! Paid 5673 Swedish kronor with this kind of room!! VERY DISPOINT. HOTEL.COM THINK ABOUT IT.Are you going to pay this amount ????

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich, sowohl beim Check in als auch beim Frühstück. Es war immer seine sehr herzliche Atmosphäre. Leider war unser Apartment nicht sehr schön. Wir waren in einem Nebengebäude ohne Fenster (nur Deckenfenster ohne Sicht, aber Lärm und Essengeruch von der Gastronomie) untergebracht. Als uns das Apartment gezeigt wurde, hat die Dame beim Hinausgehen noch den Kühlschrank aufgemacht und gebrauchte Handtücher entnommen und mitgenommen. Warum im Kühlschrank gebrauchte Handtücher lagern ist uns bis heute ein Rätsel. Vor allem fand ich das so unhygienisch, das ich mit überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt habe, geschweige denn, irgendetwas dort benutzt habe. Die Lage war super, sehr kurzer Gehweg zur Croisette, zum Strand und zur Stadt. Preis-Leistung war insofern gut, hatten halt Pech mit der Zuordnung des Apartments.
