Dommage,c’est un rdv manquĂ© ça arrive
 Il s’agit de notre 2 Ăšme sĂ©jour au Carline et je dĂ©pose un avis en espĂ©rant que la Direction prenne des mesures au sujet des chambres rĂ©servĂ©es aux personnes avec handicap. En effet vraisemblablement car l’hĂŽtel devait ĂȘtre complet nous nous sommes retrouvĂ©s avec mon Ă©pouse dans une chambre destinĂ©e aux personnes avec un handicap. Franchement c’est la double peine pour les personnes concernĂ©es. La salle de bain n’a rien Ă  voir avec les « autres » SDB de l’hĂŽtel. On se croirait dans les toilettes publiques du Auchan du coin.La douche attenante aux toilettes a un sol carrelĂ©s mais les joints sont sales moisis ,l’évacuation saturĂ©e (mais une raclette dĂ©fraĂźchie est mise Ă  disposition). De fait les peintures du plafond sont elles mĂȘmes moisies . Pour couronner le tout le placard technique passe dans cette chambre et Ă©videmment le placard ne peut pas se fermer. Je n’ai rien contre le principe d’occuper les chambres mais il faut au minimum qu’elles soient aussi bien que les autres ou alors le prĂ©ciser et adapter le tarif ce qui ne semble pas le cas. En effet j’avais rĂ©glĂ© directement HĂŽtel.com du montant de 104 euros (chambre + 2 petits dĂ©jeuners) et en arrivant la rĂ©ception m’a demandĂ© de rĂ©gler la somme de 84 euros ? Je dis c’est dommage car l’hĂŽtel est top, le personnel trĂšs accueillant (de la personne Ă  l’accueil au serveur du restaurant) ils ont le sourire et sont vraiment efficaces. Le petit dĂ©jeuner est parfait et le dĂźner excellent.
