The bathroom grout looked unfinished, and only one small pool was open, with missing tiles. The restaurant was inconsistent: avocado unavailable at breakfast, yet served at dinner, and the same dessert three nights in a row. That said, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views. Despite the quirks, I would stay again, thanks to the wonderful staff and the overall setting

We do enjoy staying at the Fairmont, this is now our second stay. The massage received was excellent and very relaxing, unfortunately the men's spa pool is closed currently which was a shame. We experienced a cleanliness issue in the bathroom, front office was made aware and an apology was given/corrected.
