Staff were brilliant and really helpful on checking in. The bed was firm and absolutely fine. We were only staying a night and so the location near the station and market was perfect. The outside internal garden was a lovely chill space and I would've sat there longer but the flies were biting. The stairs are a bit tricky as we both have balance issues. The staff kindly offered help with the bags. We will happily go back.

Lovely boutique hotel in central location

We enjoyed our brief stay at Mosaik Hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely lady in Reception who helped us park our car, store our bikes and offered to help with any questions or information. Our family apartment was a good size, comfortable, clean and equipped as described. The air-con was much appreciated as it was very hot during our stay and the hotel location is ideal for shops, restaurants, transport and the beach.

L’hôtel est situé à une belle distance à pied de la plage ou du centre-ville. Petit-déjeuner délicieux et personnel sympathique. Cependant, l’insonorisation est insuffisante : on entend les voisins marcher, se doucher, etc. La salle d’eau des chambres 20 et 21 est trop petite pour s’y tenir normalement, et pour faire du thé, il faut poser la bouilloire par terre. Le ventilateur ne dispose pas d’un mode silencieux. Il est difficile de trouver une place de parking dans les environs. L’impression générale est suffisante.
