The room was extremely smelly. Carpets are in poor condition & need to be replaced. Shower temp would fluctuate & the shampoo and body wash provided were empty. Breakfast was lame and the area was dirty. Staff seemed unhappy. I've stayed in much nicer places for the amount I paid which was 168.00.

The reception area was very bland & not so tidy which also describes the clerk. Our room was just okay but, thankfully, nice & clean. We left a tip for cleaning person. Breakfast bar was not clean which was very disappointing.

Problem with check in but the lady at front desk was very helpful! The next morning the man working and handling breakfast was filthy, kept going outside to smoke and did not wash hands when returning. He also had his dog roaming the dining room begging for scraps. When a guest told the dog to go away, the employee made nasty comments to the guest. Unacceptable and something ive never seen before.. We left and had breakfast elsewhere.

Front door was filthy. The pool area was as being used as a storage area for extra furniture. No smell of chlorine in the pool area and water looked cloudy. Room had a strong musty smell. Floor needed vacuum. Tv remote didn’t work. If you have any other options I would definitely not rent a room here.
