Clean space with a great kitchen, and everything needed to feel at home for 3 nights (laundry, coffee, fridge/frezer). We stayed Monday-Thursday and experienced music noise late overnight Wednesday but otherwise it was perfect a perfect place to grab a bus to downtown Nashville or head to east Nashville locations.

I missed the memo about downloading the app for check-in, so that's on me. That being said, I had to call customer service a couple of times to get through to someone. Once they walked me through the app, I was good to go. The place is very clean and in a nice part of Nashville. The rooftop patio is a great place to relax with plenty of seating. The pull-out couch mattress was actually comfortable, which says a lot. Parking was an issue. The spaces are tight, and we had times where we could not park in the spots for the building and had to find street parking.
