Unsatisfactory

I was disappointed when I had to pay 10€ for clean towels. We checked in on Friday. We used the towels to shower Friday evening. The towels did not dry, especially the towel for the shower floor. The towel was soaked with water because the shower does not offer a full closing door. I asked the front desk staff on Saturday for a new set of towels because we wanted to shower when we returned to the hotel later that evening. I was told by the staff that I needed to pay 10€ for a new set of towels because the staff change towels every 2 days. We paid 10€ for clean towels that should be complimentary.

Decent Hotel

The Good: - newly renovated - good and friendly service at the front desk - convient location The not so great - Really noisy from within the hotel - Don’t look under the bed as cleaning doesn't go that far - follow up on queries may be an issue Overall, a good place to stay and if you are normally a very sound sleeper. It’s a stay and go type of place. If you want a good night sleep, it might be a bit tough. You will hear people talking, doors and lift on your floor or the floor above. The fridge in the room is also quite loud with the motor coming on every 10 mins or so. We stayed for 5 nights and all 3 of us (2 adults and a child) were awaken by some form of noise multiple times during each night. Door slamming and hallway discussion being the main culprits. Otherwise, perfectly reasonable place to stay with generally clean room, free water every 2 days (no free bottle of wine as promised but oh well), and generally good customer service. The only small bit of complaint I have is that I asked reception to check what the cleaners may have done with cuddly toy that was on my daughter bed. We believe the cleaners may have wrapped up the sheets along with the cuddly toy when they cleaned the room and removed it. However, despite being promised that they will come back to me, I have yet to hear back. Its her favourite toy and we should have moved it to a safe place rather than left it on the bed on cleaning day, but would have been nice for a follow up.

Superb stay

The front desk personnel went out of their way to be helpful. I enjoyed the amenities and unlimited expresso coffee and water. The room was spacious and beautifully appointed. They also leave a very nice bottle of wine for your enjoyment.

Aan drukke weg, airco werkt niet altijd

Goede locatie en mooie kamer…… maar kamer aan de voorkant ligt aan een zeer drukke weg. Wij zijn er in maart, en de airco werkt niet. Ook niet bij navraag bij de receptie. Omdat het winter is. Omdat het toch benauwd is op de kamer met open raam geslapen. Door de herrie van het verkeer een erg slechte nacht. De volgende ochtend gevraagd voor een kamer aan de achterkant. Niet mogelijk! Het leek eerder onwil. In de avond voor de tweede nacht gevraagd of er echt geen andere kamer vrij is (nee) of dat de airco aan kan. Dat laatste bleek mogelijk!! Met het raam dicht en de airco aan was het een goede nacht. Kortom, een mooi hotel op een fijne locatie, maar service hangt af van wie je treft bij de receptie. Daarom 2 sterren.

Book with confidence!

Great hotel and location! There are some nice restaurants in the neighborhood! Few minutes walk to metro and lots of car rental companies nearby. The hotel itself is pretty new and with it’s own entrance (some apartment hotel might be on just one floor of an old building) book without hesitation!

Modern clean hotel, top hotel in the area

Amazing property and location. Some good restaurants nearby and lots of car rental company options! Less than 5 mins walk to metro! The room towards the back is more quiet than facing the street, but the hotel windows are soundproof well. One of the best in the area! Book it!
