Definately a bare bones economy stay - think Motel 6 on a budget. The door locked, clean sheets, no druggies hanging around, quiet, good water pressure and hot water for the shower, no hassles, AC/heater kept room comfortable without lots of noise, microwave and fridge, loads of fast food places all around. On the down side, the TV didn't work, there were only 2 accessible wallplugs - one by the bed across the room from the "desk" and one by the sink- neither good for plugging in a computer,1 small soap bar and a small packet of shampoo, bed was on the hard side, gray paint,weathered gray flooring and no wall art gave a subtle prison cell vibe, but for a one night stay, it was a place to sleep at a really good price.
