Room was clean every day. Great staff. What they don’t tell you is that you have to walk across the street to Scalleta Hotel for your staff and your breakfast. The breakfast was delicious. Variety of food you can’t go wrong. Location was perfect it’s a block away from the river. 2 blocks in and all the historic buildings are at reach. Million of places to eat. You can walk around all day and night and never have to leave the area. Love Florence will be back

This is a great bargain in Florence, terrific location. Part of the Hotel La Scaletta, a 4 star hotel, across the street. Not 4 star itself, but very comfortable and well maintained, with great service. Would recommend it to anyone spending time in Florence. That side of the Arno, the Oltrano, is a welcome break from the craziness across the river!
