Hotel very convenient for travelling to city centre , however restaurant not always open for evening meal. No tea or coffee making facilities in room which would of been welcome first thing. Staff very pleasant & helpful.

The staff was very helpful and checked us in smoothly. Although, the hallway and bathroom were outdated, the breakfast was five stars with many options to choose from. Overall, I would come back to this place again.

Room and breakfast were great Location is a bit far from center of town but has an easy access to subway with 35 to 50 min to town depending on subway schedule There is restaurant in the opposite street which is a convenience but also gets noise at night somedays

We arrived earlier for our check in, staff was very friendly and tried to take us, but the room was not ready, they had a luggage storage, which was very convenient. The area seems safe, room was large, matressess were confortable, towels clean. Good wifi, light room, safe in closet and mini bar. Public bus runs up to midnight, stops right across from entrance of hotel, and it goes into downtown, making it easy to commute to the

The hotel was a great surprise for us. We decided to stay in the hotel for the last night in this hotel as it is very close to the airport but we were surprised with its convenient location. Plenty of available free parking slots (so we didn’t have to pay for parking like what we paid for other more popular hotels. We stayed in 4 twin bed room which was huge (never seen this size in any other hotel), this was like a suite or studio. The bathroom was also spacious. Everything was neat and clean. Receptionists were very pleasant. Very affordable (much cheaper yet higher quality than more popular hotels).

We received a great welcome from the staff at the hotel. Very professional staff and there was a classy feel about the culture at the premisses. This gave us a great experience with our stay. Great facilities at the hotel. Rooms were well furnished and the bathrooms are very clean. Great presentation and good quality fixtures in the rooms. Very premium feel. This is very important. They have a pool table (billiards) and a mini soccer. This was great to entertain my young family and we stayed here for 6 days. Our stay included breakfast. My family had special circumstances because they needed free from foods (sin gluten, sin huevos, sin leche) due to allergies. The restaurant catered to us really well. They were very accommodating. There were also quite a few other restaurants in the area where we were able to explore and have some meals and local Spanish food. The hotel is also situated about 15 to 20 mins drive back into central Valencia, the beach or the Science Museum if you are driving so it was a great location from which to explore the city. The hotel itself does not have its own dedicated parking but there is reasonable and free public parking behind the hotel. Just make sure your care is locked and secured and that there is nothing left on display. I think this is reasonable. The hotel itself is listed as a 3 star but based on my personally experience and knowledge of other hotels I think this qualifies as a 4 star

Nice big clean room, friendly staff, a kettle would be nice but we had our own, fridge was a nice touch, nice comfy bed & a good night's sleep. Just round the corner from public transport into the city.👍

The hotel facilities are poor, the rooms are kind of empty, lack decorations and bathroom smells of mold. The reception staff is friendly and the cleaning stuff do their job. Just outside the hotel is a bus station and also a bar that serves good food, but gets noisy at evening! Good location overall!
