City Hotel mit altem Charme und kleinen Schwächen

Nach anfänglichen Verwirrungen wegen einem Versuch vorab meine Kreditkarte zu testen (was nicht geht) und einer Androhung einer Stornierung.. vor Ort alles ok. Fahrkarten für den ÖPNV für beide Tage bekommen (bei einer Übernachtung). Zimmer ausreichend, Bad könnte moderner und sauberer sein. Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig... dem Gespräch aus dem Nachbarzimmers bis gegen 2 Uhr konnten wir gut Folgen, .. wollte schon mitdiskutieren... Die Lage ist gut um Düsseldorf zu erkunden. Asiatische Sprachkenntnisse sind aber von Vorteil. Frühstück könnte umfangreicher sein, aber war ok. Auf den Kaffee mussten wir allerdings recht lange warten. Also für eine Nacht war es okay, wer Komfort und ein modernes Ambiente für einen längeren Aufenthalt sucht.. sollte ggf nach Alternativen sich umsehen.

Great Service

Room wasn't made up on arrival, but it was no problem to change and find another room. Service was good. Bed really nice and big and the bathroom had both a shower and bath which was great. Great location.

駅近だが夜の治安は今ひとつ。通りが暗く、薬物販売者等多数出没します。ホテルのある通りをよく確認する必要があります。朝食9€は割高な印象。コーヒーの種類がなく、駅構内を利用したほうがよさそうです。ホテルスタッフは皆親切でした。

客室は少し古さが目立つものの、しっかり掃除がされています。チェックイン時に宿泊中に使用できるデュせルドルフ周辺の公共交通機関乗り放題券をくれました。ベッドの上にハリボーと耳栓が置いてあり、なんなんだろう?と思ったら夜中に近所から大きな歌声が響いてきました。耳栓をすれば気にせず寝る事が出来るくらいの騒音です。朝食の準備が5時くらいからはじまるらしく、それくらいになると４階の客室まで匂いが漂ってきます。音と匂いに敏感な人は気になるかもしれません。個人的には問題なく、リーズナブルで良いホテルだと思います。

駅近のホテル

地下鉄の駅に近く、またチェックイン時に市内の交通公共機関の乗り放題券をくれました。部屋によってはバスタブがなかったりアメニティーがなかったりします。また冷蔵庫はついていませんでしたが、1月だったので窓のそばに置いておくと冷えました。

環境も朝食も満足

朝食は品数が多く、大満足でした。周囲にはスーパーマーケットもレストランも豊富で、環境もいい。ただ、非常口のなっている部屋だったので鍵の開け閉めに最初てこずりました。ロックの音も大きくびっくりしました。

仕事場に近いホテル

前回利用した時と同じく、無駄のない適切なサービスで安心して利用出来ます。アメニティーとか多いわけではないですが、価格を考えたらコストパフォーマンスはとても優れていると思います。日経のお店が多い通りからも近く、近くにコンビニのようなKIOSK, パブなどもあるので食事なども困りません。

Close to main station but a warm welcome

Old fashioned but well maintained and five minutes walk from Düsseldorf Central Station. The area is known as little Tokyo but if you don’t mind inner city it’s perfectly safe. No restaurant or bar but a good breakfast and good service

シャワーの排水口なんとかして欲しいなぁ

1. シャワー室の排水がダメ（設計から）。流れが悪く直ぐに水が溜まってしまう。これに気を使いながらのシャワーは面倒。 2. WIFIは時間帯で繋がり難いこともあったのも改善して欲しいです。 3. スタッフはフレンドリーで良いです。 4. 周辺環境ですが、街中のせいか夜中まで騒いでいる外の声が煩いときがありましたが、これはホテルの立地によるところですね。一長一短です。シャワー排水の件が改善されると、良いです（煩いけど、立地は中央駅から近く、何かと便利です）。 ★ちなみの私は長期滞在でしたが、近くにコインランドリーありました！

Very good deal for the low price they charge

I booked this hotel because it was very cheap for the time and location: 70Euro for a weekend in July. So I was afraid it might not be as clean and comfort as I like. But guess what, everything was as I expected from a middle class hotel. Room was pretty new and very clean as well as the bathroom. Staff were fine and the breakfast was nice. The only problem is that therr are 2 bars adjacent to the hotel and you may hear some noise late at night. if your room faces the street.

Centrally located with great transport links

The Hotel Staff were very polite & offered every assistance, whilst outside the Hotel it was noisy in a morning & the evening, it is what we expected from a centralised hotel in the middle of Dusseldorf. The Breakfast was more than adequate, the rooms clean & the beds very comfortable, everything we needed for a short stay.

ただ泊まるだけ。。。という方に、大変便利でリーズナブルなホテルだと思います。オランダから車で行きましたが、隣にパブリックパーキングもあり助かりました。

便利な場所にある小ぎれいなホテルだが

小ぎれいで、清潔な感じのホテルで、駅からも近くスリッパも完備、日本系の食材も近くで買えるところはよい。　ただ、ホテルとしてランドリーサービスがなく、セーフティボックスもなし、50ユーロ⇒１０ユーロへの両替もしてもらえないなど、なんとなく気が利かない感じがする。
