A charming seaside hotel. We had a sea-view room, it was very spacious with great views out over the Moray Firth. Modern upgraded bathroom was very good. The staff are lovely, very welcoming and happy to help. Good cooked breakfast and the hotel restaurant is really good quality. Parking out the front of the hotel is convenient (although limited spaces). The only potential downside is that it's an older building so access is a little limited (no lift), but the staff are very helpful if you do need help.

Bathroom dirty (bath drain & toilet seat), grubby skirting and carpet edges, tired decor and aging finishings. Apart from our welcome receptionist, staff were uninterested and even with half an hour left of breakfast, seemed less than pleased that we’d turned up. For 2 nights, we just put up with it but really wished we had stuck with our original choice of AirB&B. Such a shame when, 30 years ago, this was the go to Lossie hotel.
