Good location and good location

Room is small and the reception was nice to help us carry baggages. No lift and house keeping forgot to refill the shower gel . Only merit is location to kings cross .

1. 部份員工態度惡劣，行李存放沒人看管到達時間較早未能提早入住打算寄存行李在酒店，早上的那位員工態度非常惡劣，也沒有提供協只說了‘the second room’然後讓我們自己走進去，感覺很不安全，門也沒有鎖上，任何人都可以走進去。之後下午回去check in，那位的員工態度尚可 2. 有大行李的人不用考慮雖然入住前已知沒有電梯，但無法想像，走廊超級窄，樓梯也是又斜又窄，整條樓梯都是歪的，拿着大行李根本是惡夢 3. 房間又熱又侷促沒有冷氣房間超級熱，英國當時是平均12-18度，晚上更涼一點，但房間像有發熱機似的，地板都是燙手的，像在桑拿，但因為太累必須要休息，吹着不太涼的風扇，很勉強地睡了一晚除了近車站以外，沒有一點值得欣賞就是預算有限，也請不要選擇這個酒店，你會後悔的 A Nightmare Stay at this hotel!! Avoid at All Costs! Our stay was an absolute nightmare. The first red flag was the rude staff member we encountered in the morning. We politely asked to store our luggage as we were unable to check in early, but the staff member simply grunted "the second room" without offering any further assistance. The room had no lock and was completely unsupervised, meaning anyone could walk in and access our belongings. Thankfully, another staff member we met during check-in was much more helpful. But the problems didn't end there. The staircases and corridors were incredibly narrow and steep, making it a nightmare to navigate with our large luggage. The room itself was much smaller than described, and the air conditioning was a complete disaster. Despite being set to a cool temperature, the room felt like a sauna, with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees. It was impossible to sleep in such uncomfortable conditions. To sum it up, avoid this hotel at all costs, even if you're on a tight budget. The rude staff, dangerous storage situation, and unbearable room conditions make it a truly

太細，好似香港劏房咁，乜都無。如果只求住宿，完全可以滿足你。附近有自助洗衣機，夠方便勝在夠近地鐵站，多食市。

Fortunately I only stayed overnight before a Eurostar crossing. The room was tiny and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The corridors are a maze and probably only just make the standard fire regulations. There are better hotels close by. It served a purpose but I won’t be returning.

Ok, so not the biggest room in the world but that doesn't really matter if its just a quick visit. Very clean, good bathroom, plus by the bed, more tv channels than you could ever watch. Will definately be staying again.

Tiny room, but otherwise a great location it you are using Eurostar...comfy bed, but I was a solo traveler and had trouble opening my suitcase and the toilet can make you claustrophobic... For me it was a lot of money for what I got... But being a block from the station is nice

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to Euston and St Pancras. Location was perfect for me as I arrived on the eurostar from Paris and had only a very short walk. Also left on train from Euston which, another short walk.

Hôtel correct pour un court séjour

Hôtel bien situé à 2/3 minutes des gares King's Cross et St Pancras. Le personnel nous a accueilli très correctement. Les chambres sont petites mais correctes au vu du prix. Il y a de la moquette au sol dans les chambres ce qui est chaleureux mais peu hygiénique pour un hôtel où il y a du passage. Je ne suis pas certaine que le personnel ait le temps pour désinfecter à la vapeur à chaque changement de client.

Excellent location near Kings Cross/ St Pancras. Room was a bit small for two people with luggage, so read room descriptions. Hallways can be a bit small for those with large pieces of luggage. Be prepared for stairs. Bathrooms were on smaller size. Size of accomodations due to hotel being in renovated historic buildings, so just be prepared. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had no complaints.
